      Worst Company ever.

      Pros

      No Pros. Forcing employees to do overtime if the work is not complete, the clients won't say anything but they force the employeess to sit atlist for 12-13 hours, they can make your sat wrking anytime even sunday.

      Cons

      Bad environment, bad manager, bad salary. they think that employeess are their slaves. they treet lyk thy you are labour,, very small company no professionalism, manager will blame you everytime, very demotivated company, no process follw on this company, even they don't have seniors. this compny is nt of his words, employees who say yes to everything then they will show that they are very good but in return they don't want to give.In sort the company is not good match for your skills, at the time of interview if you gets seleted HR will promise you that they have the team of profesionals but the truth is That is the first lie said by the company..

      Small scale company

      Pros

      As its a small scale company(15-20 employees), so can't expect much facilities and higher pay scales but there are some reasons to join this company. 1) Company's director Mr Amit( smartdata former employee) is a good person and will listen to you and will try his best to resolve any issue. 2) If you have good mind and have guts to move forward alone its a good place for you. You would be the sole owner of the project assigned to you(no interference) and if you like this way of working, you would enjoy working here. 3) If you can really do great work, you'll get respect too. 4) Good for talented newbies.

      Cons

      There are some downside as well:- 1) No pre-defined architecture, so can create problems for new-bies(what to follow). Also, thus have different architectures for all projects. 2) Completely odesk(now upwork), elance projects; so at times its difficult to learn new technologies quickly and implement them. 3) No one to look for projects performance tuning. 4) Expect senior members to take more responsibility for less pay. 5) They have started playing immature politics(not sure why) which was not there earlier and is the main reason for me to leave.

      Pros

      I don't know about all the good reivew on glassdoor , but about some good review - they are fake , Fake because Managment standing at back of employee and telling them to post good review. In case you don't believe just go through the good review and you will not find any material.

      Cons

      Worst company, low class .. low standard company. They don't believe in quality work, they just need work to be completed as early as possible even if its not required by client just to use resource as much as possible. They can't respect quality coder. They need slaves when you join the company you are the star. when you are on resign then you will be treated like you have murdered some one.
