No Pros. Forcing employees to do overtime if the work is not complete, the clients won't say anything but they force the employeess to sit atlist for 12-13 hours, they can make your sat wrking anytime even sunday.

Bad environment, bad manager, bad salary. they think that employeess are their slaves. they treet lyk thy you are labour,, very small company no professionalism, manager will blame you everytime, very demotivated company, no process follw on this company, even they don't have seniors. this compny is nt of his words, employees who say yes to everything then they will show that they are very good but in return they don't want to give.In sort the company is not good match for your skills, at the time of interview if you gets seleted HR will promise you that they have the team of profesionals but the truth is That is the first lie said by the company..
