Pros

Very consistent. You can absolutely expect to be lied to, disrespected, and treated in a demeaning way at every turn. I uncovered that this company is a scam once on the inside. They make a significant amount of their revenues off of the workforce.

Cons

Its America and you can choose to get a new job at another company that has a moral compass.

Pros

flexible scheduling that is about all

Cons

How we had to wait to get paid unlike a regular pay period you guys extended some days on the pay period so that there will never be a third pay period in a month like normal 1st, 15th checks(like normal people got paid three time last month). There is no increase in pay no matter how long you been there, also unable to check actual numbers for pay if your not an ibo, you just have to trust they are paying you correctly even though there is no way. NOT getting paid for Arise issues out of your control, who cares about having a waiver for the issue but no pay because they do not care about you getting payed for their issues and you not being able to work. They never pay you for their internal issues because they try to blame you for the issue..When you PAY for a class, they act like they are paying for your training, you have no rights even though you are paying for the class.
