no structure or help from management everyone gives customers bad service lots of comlplaints on google

Unprofessional management for the top down. The culture is very blue collar hyper-masculine with bullying accepted as normal. High staff turnover, and chances are the job you applied for is not the job that you'll get. Insist on a job description if you decide to work there. Good luck getting one though, standard procedures are non existent, everyone just does what seems right. No formal training at all. No possibility for advancement, this is a job you take for income only. Extra effort is not recognized.
