Good luck feeling valued. Little room for professional growth. Underpaid. Expect a 2-3% raise after putting in multiple years. Expect controlling leadership. Expect a toxic work place full of gossip. Expect not having a voice or be taken seriously, as the senior leadership have the mindset of “my way or the highway” and shoot you down when you have an idea.

Leadership at the top lets students walk all over the faculty and other employees. There’s also blatant favoritism shown between leadership and some staff. They will hire you on/pay you in one position but give you the responsibility of someone in a higher position than you, but not pay you for doing the work. HR is a joke - you can’t go to them for anything without risk of retaliation.
