AZ College of Nursing is a great place to work. The culture is supportive and welcoming. The college mission is inspiring and there is an overall commitment to providing a quality education. It is a growing college system with lots of opportunity.

The college has grown quickly which has presented opportunities, but overall it is a great place ti work.

They are interested in getting money from students.

Very little, if any support or training. Sink or swim culture. Student's are coddled and pushed through program even if they have poor study habits. Students have gotten into a habits of blaming others (professors) for their poor behavior and low grades. Students come to this higher education college with little skills of how to get organized, time management and taking responsibility for completing the work to be successful. Students will rather blame others and keep bringing up excuses as to why they can't do better.
