Arizona Forward - a greenwashing machine

Opportunity to work from home and to engage with sustainability professionals throughout the state.
Cons
The nonprofit is a member-based organization so it really caters to the interests of its member organizations (including corporations and utility companies), rather than to the interests of Arizonans and the environment. There seems to be a revolving door between the leadership team at Arizona Forward (CEO and executive board) and companies in the state. The work environment was toxic. The CEO emails, texts, and calls at all hours of the night and weekend - one of the downsides of the remote work environment, somehow you are never truly "off the clock." Little to no opportunity for growth. Complete lack of diversity and inclusion when it comes to the people working there and the interests that the organization serves.
