      It was in the solar industry

      Cons

      Upper management does not want to promote from within and they have racist employees. Upper management let’s the racist employees do what they want and try and fight minorities while working to get the minorities fired.

      Family owned and they do care about their employees and your families.

      Cons

      Employees are overworked, not enough staff. No raises. No coverage for time time, ‘vacation’ time is non existent
