Work from home with a company that has a relatively strong digital infrastructure. The students/families who engage are wonderful. Most co-workers are supportive and collaborative.

Cons

You will have absurdly high student counts and unreasonable performance expectations with a lot of time spent on admin tasks. If you don't mind working more hours for less pay in order to work from home, this is for you!

-It’s very nice to have the ability to work remotely in education. -In years past, I truly enjoyed my job.

-Administration has gone through a lot of changes. -Department expectations constantly changing. -Student achievement responsibility placed on staff, with little responsibility placed on students.
