It's the CEO's friends and family club. Handing out promotions like candy to people she knows personally but everyone else who works themselves to the bone is out of luck. It's a toxic work environment with clear favoritism.

There are some major issues within this company. The CEO is so out of touch with what is happening with lower level employees. Employees are literally leaving crying on a daily basis because management treats people so poorly. This has been reported to HR as well as the CEO and they don’t care. They break employment laws constantly. The company is crumbling due to poor hiring decisions. In addition, there is zero opportunity for growth. The employees used to grow under the leadership of the founder, but with the new CEO, all she cares about is making money. Her management style is not conducive to a collaborative environment and she hires people who are unqualified.
