This place is run like a sweat shop. No performance review, no salary increase. No management - people left to make things up, think they can make a difference and then leave, Extremely high staff turnover. Management tries to offer barbeques every few months and free pizza - in place of salary increases - there are none at all.

Bad management, I was told I wasn’t processing enough orders when in fact I was answering an extremely busy phone line as well. The management only go by reports of orders processed and not phone calls. Misconduct and very poor management. Team morale low.Management could have an amazing company if they sorted this out.
