Senior Management foster and encourage a supportive and collaborative environment where your contributions are recognised and valued. Leadership are approachable and transparent, they are always around and sit on the floor amongst the team - this makes a massive difference to other companies I've worked at as it ensures you feel connected to the bigger picture. One of the main pros in the opportunity for growth as we're scaling and expanding so quickly there are opportunities for you to take on new responsibilities, learn new systems or improve processes, with a real emphasis on development and where you want to be in the company. Everyone, across all departments are incredibly helpful - always willing to share knowledge and support each other. Culturally Arkeus is fantastic - a great balance between professionalism and flexibility. Expectations are clear but there is also trust in employees to manage their work effectively.
