      Pros

      new office with decent views, maybe good for new graduates but you will learn in a hard way

      Cons

      constant back-stabbing from other departments, no training and no clearly defined procedure, awful pay with zero career progression, toxic work culture and aggressive top management. Most of the experienced PMs have left the business

      You’d learn a lot, in a tough way, as a fresh graduate. The work itself is rather structured and somewhat routine. Coworkers are generally nice.

      Cons

      Top management can be very ruthless and promote unethical business practices. Minimal career growth and self development. Awful pay and expect long working hours.
