They take an employee first stance in every day work and benefits. They expect the employees to bring their expertise and perform their role, and do not micro manage
Cons
Biggest issue they cant control, as a government contractor a lot of the work is driven by the government.

As a government subcontractor, this company has limited influence over operations at individual contract sites. However, it is within their control to improve internal processes. Specifically, they should implement a more efficient and streamlined onboarding procedure, and invest in more capable and well-prepared trainers to ensure new hires are adequately equipped for their roles.
