Pros

Partly remote so that's good. Work is good with ownership as expected from startup

Cons

- Micromanagment - bad WLB - Pay is ok ok not good - Expectations is to do everything in a day or two without much focus on quality and if anything breaks then you're at blame

Pros

different types of problems to solve and chances of growth if you are ready to grind 24 hours

Cons

1. The 1-week sprint causes burnout, leading to a bad quality product, and hence, you are always in support mode, burning your nights on customer issues 2. Worst leave policy, 1.5 earned leave each month, no PL, nothing 3. You won't get promoted until you don't work directly with some favourite people here 4. Some devs work even on their vacations; they don't seem to have a life

Pros

One of the best teams you will find; everyone is hardworking and has a lot of responsibilities. Barring a few people, the culture in the company is good

Cons

The work environment is very hectic, with weekly sprints and multiple tickets assigned daily to each Dev and QA. Nearly everyone has several priorities, which is typical in a startup. However, if something is overlooked, it leads to numerous questions. Sometimes the limited time—less than an hour per ticket—affects the quality. Each story often requires 2-3 approaches; if not provided, the person is asked the same questions on internal Slack, sometimes in tone not suitable for a public setting. Much of the architecture is already established, and while developers—including interns—have some freedom, most decisions are highly opinionated with little room for significant changes. This can sometimes diminish productivity.
