Good colleague and supportive in work task
Cons
Lack of man power, too much project but many dept is not supporting at all during development stage, many of manager is not qualified at all!! HOD is toxic and favouritism, many of the worker already resign due to mgmt not helping and some dept colleague not being professional if you are new worker. Operator is protect by union but engineer level is being tortured. Not many workers work more than 2 years
