Poor treatment to employees

Business outlook

Pros

Good start to work as Manager or at higher position

Cons

Treatment given to employees is very bad unless you are into higher management. 1. If you are an engineer you'll be treated as lebour 2. All facilities available only for managers like travel facilities, higher salaries, unexpected hikes 3. Treatment given to an engineer is very bad in terms of every manner and if you join as a project engineer you need to keep ego of all the higher management level people 4. No sanitary facilities available in factory, washrooms are very dirty and disgusting 5. You will be not allowed to ask questions if you ask then be ready for the difficulties created by respective managers 6. Some departments will be treated as privileged childs because these people will be reporting to higher management 7. There is no such thing as work life balance because people will think that's what you get paid for, you have to work late night keep moving over the cities even to satisfy your boss's ego you also need to work on Sundays. In return you will get nothing no extra pay, no compensatory off not even the word of appreciation. 8. You will not be valued as an engineer instead you will be treated as labour who get paid on daily basis. 9. Even if you put all your efforts the best you can give still you will get negative ratings by managers just to avoid your expected salary hike at the time of Appraisal.

Pros

This is the worst organization I have ever seen. Owners only want to earn money. No care for employees. Only donkey work. Worst management. Pressure from manager to get work done in any way.

Cons

On time salary only this.
