Pros

It's a job that's about it. You can drink on the job, no big deal. They use to have a keg on the sales floor but now it's expected to keep it a little more discreet. If you get in close to the owner he'll supply you with Adderral and Coke to keep you going. This isn't a joke either!! I was given a $200 Amex card to write a positive glassdoor review which I wont and I was also given a $200 Amex card to write a positive google review!

Cons

What a mess! No need looking for a job here, the way things are ran this company wont be in business much longer and what I heard from a little birdie on a window sill is that things might be on their way down the pipes to shut the doors for good. I'll keep filling my seat and receiving my check until the doors are closed!

Pros

There are great people to work with, a diverse group but mostly young people. Business casual and a fun environment.

Cons

Management is a joke. The direction is wishy washy. Some days it's great to be there, but most is a threatening, high anxiety attitude. No positivity which is a downfall for a sales atmosphere.

Pros

Hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday. Some employees are friendly.

Cons

First week is training but it's definitely lacking and they won't train you anymore after that, you're on your own. It's either you sink or swim and I'd say 1 out of 100 makes it. They hired a few people that same week and all didn't last more than a month! Managers aren't there to help, they will hire you and then fire you if you can't make it in the first 2 weeks. Old timers there are not friendly either. It's probably because they go through new people so much there they don't really care. The compensation isn't what they promised because it's not easy to sell the buildings so you're working there for not very much in return. I definitely regretted taking the job because I was very stressed out every single day.
