Pros

It's seems a great organisation to work for. The benefits package for some employees is sexism to none as you wouldn't get that in any other organisation.

Cons

The culture of the HR department. Only their way is the correct way, consistent to the point of robotic. I wouldn't advise any of my HR colleagues to leave a role to work here.

When I started working at Arnold clark I didn’t realise what a mistake I was making. How this company manages to keep any staff is amazing I was treated so badly and bullied to the point I had to leave. I wasn’t offered any training I was there for 3 years. The staff turnover is very high and I can see why. The workshop is chaos no planning and only the senior mechanics get all the training and are well looked after. My biggest regret is not leaving earlier .
