Seniors are very very understanding and helpful. Working here seemed like being part of a big family. I really learnt a lot and now I'm part of a MNC - all because of skill sets. You get to work on variety of projects. No two projects are same.

Cons
1. Micro management - They will track your every minute and every second, if you can give your whole day & night it would be best. 2. Poor Salary Structure 3. You will work for 10 hours for a month and you will get salary at 17th to 20th every month. Sometime you will get 60% salary and other 40% will be at end of the month or at the starting of the next month. 4. In this era where companies moving towards remote work , 4 work days a week. Some companies like this one moving towards opposite. 5. No Appreciation , no recognition. 6. Work pressure is like hell. 7. Work life balance?? You will left with no life after working here.
