      Flexibility with schedule, decent PTO/Holiday/Vacation time

      Cons

      Imagine working at a place where management thrives on belittling the workers, pushing work down the chain even though it was never agreed upon, no raises, incentives or bonuses. Awful toxic place.

      Pros

      They really do build world class equipment.

      Cons

      The leadership is indecisive and not really qualified to be managing people. Top positions are a byproduct of tenure with the company rather than actual management skills. People go the better part of a decade without a review and only get a raise when the threaten to walk out the door.

      Arol is a company that reinforces teamwork and the free expression of its employees; also caring about their well-being, both professional and in their personal lives through good health programs, 401k, vacations and other supporting considerations. The environment is clean, neat, pleasant to work there.

      Cons

      Arol's computer programs can be improved through more contemporary systems, allowing better data management and communication between departments.
