Pros

Benefits Sales department is strong Atmosphere (except the shop floor) Ping Pong table in the

Cons

Very segregated - Workers are almost 100% 1st generation immigrants, management is almost 100% not. No moving up the ranks within the company. Over time you'll be payed less and less with the inflation. You'll have to fight to essentially be paid the same as when you got here. Engineering department is poor at best. Another reason workers are unhappy - they have Atmosphere on the shop floor is bad. Most shop people are recent immigrants, very capable and hard working man but with poor english. It's hard to go look for another job. Too many managers = large overhead = less profit = less competitive pricing

Pros

It’s a job. You will get a salary and meh benefits

Cons

-Micromanagement are it’s highest level - buddy system, family members& buddies are treated better and promoted- if you don’t have friends in management or family you will not get fair treatment or promoted - upper management expects you to NOT have a work/ life balance. Get in before they do and leave after they leave. - threats and intimidation are the management style - managers are not skilled at their job and do not have leadership training - they live in 1999 in terms of technology - it is still managed like a moms & pops shop - this place offers a job not a career path
