Pros
A great solid group of engineers and support staff. There is new management since going public to position the Company for the long term. Solid industry product leadership. Made an investment in nice new offices. Good teamwork atmosphere to get things done.
Cons
A lot of staff working from home can make it challenging given the logistics. Tough industry to maintain competitive margins given high steel content and shipping costs. This puts dampers on needed operational improvements and proper staffing levels.
