Awful, unorganised management who just bully staff.
Terrible organisation with the shifts, the drivers who do not help out get what they want and the drivers who work hard get screwed over.
Extremely high turnover of staff which is not hard to see why at all.
Dangerous, dirty buses which should not be on the road.
Forcing drivers to work long hours.
Management and Union reps discriminating against disabled employee's who need reasonable adjustments to the working life.
No bonus schemes at all.
Extreme pressure on drivers to run services which can be over half an hour late, so breaks can be missed.
They do not even deserve one star, they are a true disgrace.
