2 years of transformation and the most basic workflows have not been improved and remain inefficient and frustrating. No respect: Extensions delayed for long term (several years) contractors (why would a role that has been required for 8 years not be filled permanently?) advertise your permanent role on Seek while you are still holding it without telling you. Treat contractors as second-class citizens. Managers Ignore low performing colleagues. Leaders without experience and proper knowledge.
