This company doesn't respect its employees. They have a team of 3 or 4 old employees in the management team who only listen to them. If we complain to them, they say, "Why didn't you raise this query before? We are helpless now." Their senior technical teams behave like owners of the company, and the top management is extremely rude, insulting people openly on the floor. He fails to manage his own company and now seems determined to destroy others'. They always force people to work on outdated technology, and if employees are denied their requests, they display rude behavior. Point of view: Do not join this company; it's merely a political battleground and a circus. We have to dance according to the guidelines of the senior technical leads, regardless of whether we are right or wrong.
