We know burnout is a prevalent issue in the workplace today and this is why we actively work to implement wellbeing initiatives to mitigate our people feeling overworked, including giving everyone on our team bonus leave at the end of each year, our free EAP service, and flexible working hours, among others. Leadership at the top is unclear about company direction. No vision

Like many businesses in the market at the moment, AP is going through strategic change in order to adapt to changing market conditions. We are sorry you feel this hasn't been clear however our door is always open for you to ask questions. Please feel free to reach out to talk to the people team, your executive leader or Mark, our CEO, has an open-door policy.
If the egos at the top stayed out of the way, the company could have achieved a lot more. Layoffs and people quitting is common due to poor management decisions, adverse action and bullying.
Cons
Tony is easily the biggest con, in both senses of the word. Nihil should have stuck to cardboard boxes, running a service based business is way of out his wheelhouse. Vanessa took pleasure in making hard workers redundant, nothing about her is genuine.
