- Leadership has no clue whats happening and micromanage everyone to the ground - Toxic oversight to the point of getting told off for communicating with core key members - Complete lack of visibility on the company growth and insights, customer information is held under lock and key by leadership so that they can control the narrative rather than trust their employees - No where near fair compensation for the hours they are demanding - A huge amount of churn as people get scapegoated constantly for leaderships lack of knowledge and support.

Promotes unlimited time off but getting time off approved is a negative experience. Get used to working long hours including weekends, there is no overtime pay. Benefits are not the best. They promote having $1500 to top up yearly but the visa card doesn’t always work. What you can claim is very limited. Very toxic environment disguised with fake smiles. If you don’t get along with any of c-suite, I wouldn’t expect you to last long there. Severance package is the bare minimum. Believe the other reviews and student experiences. Save yourself and apply somewhere else.
