      Pros

      - Ability to work with bleeding edge tech stacks, tools and libraries - Autonomy, flexibility, unlimited PTO and the work life balance is very good. - Pace is very high, giving you the ability to learn a lot way more than a traditional tech company - Small, but tight knit product, design and tech team - Strong culture of experimentation and iteration, allowing you to build and ship impactful solutions extremely quickly - Fully remote, but coworkers are still at am arm's length away.

      All healthy criticism points I have: - Still striving for market fit in a niche industry - Would love more initiatives from leadership to improve team culture + employee growth

      ARTERNAL has a fantastic team and prioritizes work life balance. Our product is the only true sales platform for the art world. It truly helps art businesses succeed.

      We are fully remote so we don’t get to see each other in person often.
