I have been very fortunate to be able to join Artic at a junior admin level and within 11 years progress into my current QHSE Managerial role. This shows what career opportunities Artic can offer. Artic provides opportunities for career progression, allowing employees to develop within their roles and move into more senior or specialised positions as they gain experience (like myself). Employees are encouraged to carry out training to build their skills, with support from experienced colleagues and mentoring opportunities wherever possible.
