This particular branch of Arvato are awful. HR is very unsupportive for employees, it is only there to protect the company and used as a weapon against employees. Higher up Team Leaders and Managers are awful people. Trigger happy to write you up to get rid of you. This is a job you do not want to make friends with people in, only to secretly report you to HR for anything when your back is tured. You have to pay £10 a day to park for working unless you get lucky on the parking pass rota. They boast about culture but there is no culture. This is not a job where you can truly be yourself. No paid breaks or lunches so you have to be on clock for an extra 30minutes
