Very very poor administration. Starting from providing basic infrastructure to HR, the management is very poor. No proper system is in place. Employee concerns are not addressed.
1. Being working in a startup, If you are lucky you can get some good work.

2. And even worst final settlement, for me it Took 4 months.
3. Pathetic product management team.
4. More than 10 hours working hours.
