I highly appreciate the family-like atmosphere at Arxada, which creates a very supportive and welcoming work environment. One of the aspects I value most is the high level of flexibility I am given, both in terms of structuring my daily work and managing my working hours. My manager places a strong level of trust in me, which allows me to work independently and efficiently. The company culture is very open and collaborative. Communication is informal, and colleagues interact on a first-name basis, which contributes to a positive and collegial relationship across teams. Overall, this combination of trust, flexibility, and a friendly working environment makes Arxada a great place to work.
