Dear All, Usually, I don't give reviews but for this company, I want to make aware all. This is a FAKE company. Bogus. To manage less than 50 employees all over they have 6 VPs & 5 AVPs...and each of them performs a 3rd class recruiter role & responsibilities HR policy - There is nothing like HR or policy in this company. Even HR does not know that he is an HR. Ridiculous & pathetic management when it comes to employee grievances. A company of 2 people who belongs to the same family although of a sudden brings the 100 stakeholders in the decision-making and acts like they have a multi-national level of thinkers.
Cons
The company head thinks he is the smartest guy in the whole universe....hahahahaha :D but he is nothing and his words and action and decision proved him a fool.
