Pros
The hourly rate is generally much higher than you would make tutoring for other companies, and the hours are flexible.
Cons
Inexperienced full-time staff with a college grad mentality (lackluster/unprofessional communication with students, parents, and teachers, seem to hire friends with no real qualifications). Employees are expected to be "on call" and respond at all times. The company promotes itself as a coaching platform for students with personal/business projects, but these are rare. Most of the work is just glorified tutoring for very privileged (rich) kids. The coordinators and CEO seem to spend a ton of money traveling around the world enjoying themselves which doesn't seem to provide much benefit to the company.

Pros
As a performance coach, I love working with students and helping them achieve their dreams. It's very difficult to manage everyone's expectations, but at the end of the day - we all want the same thing, the success of the student. This is the first time in my career that I'm excited to come to work.
Cons
There can be a lot of work and it moves very fast and dynamically - we sometimes have to talk to kids on weekends too.
