      Working from home ( if you like that)

      - Run by a tyrant - Very few opportunities to do what you want without people breathing down your neck - Horrible pay for the work you need to do - Price of classes for students is $250++ per hour but teachers are literally paid less than 10% of that. - Just generally feeling undermined and exploited

      Pros

      It is based in Singapore, but the company is completely virtual. You can work out of the comfort of your house. The team is extremely friendly, and we have very experienced educators so there is always a chance to learn a lot from them. The pay is very good for the hours you work, and the job is extremely flexible in terms of time management

      Cons

      Some times you wish it was a little more streamlined in terms of organization but that will come with growth and expansion.
