Pros

The male manager/ owner that I interviewed with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The most honest of anyone I had spoken with the entire time I was employed. The woman who owns/manages the company is incredibly intelligent but does not assess a persons worth based on experience or skills they offer and low balls each individual when it comes to money. Always trying to save a buck rather then pay their employees what they deserve.

Cons

They will never make you feel that you are a asset to the company but rather are cutthroat when it comes to making commission. They offer no benefits, a incredibly low salary, and has a horribly cocky and arrogant staff who don't air a welcoming or friendly attitude towards new comers.

Pros

Easy to interview. Seemed casual. Has something to do with sports.

Cons

Super-shady place. Forgot that they invited me back for a shadowing day, which they apparently do instead of interviewing. I left in a car of 3 entry-level employees, that I didn't know, and wasn't told where we were going. Then, I find out it's door to door sales, even though the job posting specifically said it wasn't. Also, you don't get paid for this "shadowing". Lastly, I asked the employee to take me back to the office because this wasn't for me and he told me he would only do so if I gave him gas money. Super-shady place.
