      Pros

      Ascendant provides a lot of support to their employees and really cares about their team. It’s a good foot in the door for trade/development work in the USG.

      Cons

      You’ll be embedded at the client’s office, so your experience really depends on that team. Wish we had more annual leave (15 days, sick and vacation).
