If you are in automation good for you. Take care of yourself, poorly managed companies such as this make lots of mishaps and you can be a victim of it

Friends hanging out together messing things up, everyone else could be an scapegoat or collateral damage.

Some of the floor management can be demanding "you must work 12 hours as of right now" at 3:50pm knowing you end at 4pm. Men in the same role with less experience were paid more until it was brought up and then still with 3 more years experience and 2 years of school done, I got paid the same as a first term man
