Literally none. The people were nice and energetic. That's about it.
Cons
Well it all started with the "second" interview. As they clearly mentioned I was "one of 3 finalists out of 500 applicants" they had in the "first interview" which was the CEO saying they had just signed a huge contract with a reputable company (they have worked with Spectrum for a while). All while beating around the bush that you were begging people at Walmart for orders. Then when I showed up for orientation there were more than 3 there. Then you have your official first day and there are 8 people waiting in the lobby (so much for 3 out of 500). You get 15 min of how to pitch that's all they care about. Then a 30-minute meeting gloating everyone's numbers for the weekend. Then you have to ride with your "Manager" to your Field Station aka the Walmarts and Krogers in Hood Dallas. IN A SUIT NO LESS!! For them to pick you up whenever they please to bring you all the way back to the office to go home. And they go by many names (which should have been my first Red Flag) A5, Ascent 5, and A5 Experiential. unless you are looking for this, then go for it. Otherwise, Run for the hills.
