Pros
Interesting work with some interesting technical aspects. Small company with family like environment feel . Good quality product. Knowledgeable and hard working people. A good sense of pride manufacturing their product. The insurance package is decent and a 10 day vacation package.
Cons
The company is in constant chaos in terms of on time delivery as they are very late with their commitments with no urgency to fix that. Financials were marginal. The majority of work came from military, which posed a major risk in terms of financial heath stability for the company. Complacent, short visioned, and mediocre general management that held back the company from greatness. Management has been there for over thirty years, thus being stuck in the old way of doing things (1980s). I saw typewriters being used still. Pay is below average for management and very low for line workers. A new CEO is running the company now. He is making some changes to make the company more appealing for probably to be sold.
