Cons
Look at the office, 30% of the space is used for 90% of the staff. Tiny noisy cubicles Office space is a metaphor for businesses practices: it cost as much time and money to band-aid the space as they would have spent gutting it and making it right. Use your vacation before leaving, company policy is against paying it out.
