      Pros

      Nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      Turn in receipts for everything, crappy trucks, a bunch of lies about upcoming work. Knit picked field notes, over analyzed everything, didn't allow people to make their own decisions. Nobody knew what they were doing, you were left to figure it out yourself and then questioned and criticized over why you did it. Tight budgets for clients and can't go over. They put all their eggs in one basket with one client. Lots of turnover in home office.

      Pros

      I've been working in renewables for over 12yrs and been looking for a new company where I could make an impact and bring knowledge, while continuing to expand my own. Ascent has been absolutely awesome to work at. Company culture is their highest priority and it feels like everyone is on a level playing field. Great organization from top to bottom.

      Cons

      I cant think of any off hand. Only downfall is working remotely, its harder to get together with co-workers.
