Corporate constantly takes from employees while they're running the company into the ground

Cons
It feels like the company is going out of business in slow motion and they're taking it out on the employees. For the first year since the company was founded, there was no bonus this year(this was communicated to employees) or 401k match(this was not communicated to employees) They doubled the premiums and the deductible for our benefits for the new year They are changing from 2 days in office a week to 3 days a week despite almost half of our teams being remote or in the field They used to give us a free lunch every Tuesday and leftovers on Wednesdays, but now they are having us come in 4 more days a month and only giving us a free lunch every 3 weeks Our health savings account benefit offers no employer match
