      You can gain experience, as you might be occupied with a lot of work.

      Hierarchy and the pay structure is pretty bad. You will be facing a lot of politics as well.

      1.Mobile phone is not allowed inside the working area due to data privacy reasons.Many websites are restricted even work related queries there is no access. 2.No WFH or Hybrid mode.
