Bad management, Poor environment and high targets

As someone who worked within the system at Ascentech Services, I can honestly say the experience was deeply disappointing. The work environment lacked structure, transparency, and professionalism. There was a clear disconnect between leadership and staff, with little to no accountability at the top. Processes were often inconsistent, and efforts to introduce improvement were either ignored or dismissed. Despite being in a position to make real impact, I constantly faced roadblocks—not because of the workload, but because of the toxic culture and poor management practices. Growth opportunities were limited, recognition was non-existent, and communication was often one-sided or vague. If you value integrity, support, and career development, Ascentech is not the place. I don't say this lightly—but with firsthand experience and the hope that others go in with their eyes open.
