Only good for gaining experience in industry, with HPLC-MS, GC-MS, and extraction techniques.
Cons
No leadership. Management does not listen to staff. Management is completely detached from what happens in the lab. They do not utilize any of the tools available to them. Workflow is an absolute disaster. There is not space or equipment for everyone. Pay is non-competitive.
