Lots of individual whom can teach you how to upgrade yourself and skills. Company also gives opportunities for one that contributes to company and is proven has a growth character.
Cons
If you are a slow learner, you may need some time to adapt with company's environment as it's a fast pace company and fast to adapt with markets
