      If you Hate Yourself, Your Life, and Everything You Stand For- Work Here

      Pros

      They pay you- only because they have to since it's the law. There are a handful of great people who work here.

      Cons

      Everyone is miserable there. Hard work and extra hours go unnoticed. Managers swear at you and rip you apart in front of everyone. They TELL you you should stay passed your normal work hours which they aren't suppose to do that. The VPs/ managers/ higher-ups talk down to all of their employees. Everything is so backwards there. Even if you've worked there for 5+ years, you're not safe there and they will let you go in a heartbeat if they see they can cut corners and get other people to do the work for less money. The turn over rate is way too high- for obvious reasons. DON'T IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I did and I wish I listened to them and was spared the horrible experience.

      Pros

      Everyone is a VP and NO ONE stands up to the owner aka the puppet master, The puppet master doesn’t do skip levels to find out the inner workings of his own company. The staff are paid minimal pay per hour while the clients are paying too dollars per hour and not maximizing on their investment.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? Clients think that they have X amount of people handling the inbound calls, but in reality their calls are being abandoned, because there are not enough people stacked on their lines. Those same people are being let go. The company is fighting their unemployment and coming up with reasons like Lack of work, insubordination, and laying people off and telling them that they will be rehired if available when work has loaded . Investigate any job you accept before you take it. Go through the reviews. Before you sign up with this company to be your hub. Take a look at the reviews. They are not lies. Anything that is positive is coming from the corporate side of the business where everyone is happy - They are all over paid and dying to be heard. The owner doesn’t check in with them either. How about you actually take some time out of vacationing and visit with your employees.

      Toxic Environment, Terrible Owners, all Positive Reviews are FAKE

      Pros

      Pay was decent, some very nice people in the office.

      Cons

      -No room for advancement -INSANE turnover, no one lasts more than a year or two -Owners do not trust employees, over monitor -POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. While working here I was "encouraged" to make a positive review on this website since the negative reviews were hurting recruiting. I know for an absolute fact that management created some of these fake positive reviews to try and balance out their rating.
