There are some good people. You get to work with altruistic organization.
Cons
Asemio cares more about cheer and rah rah than growth. The main leadership group are poor communicators and are dominated by an egotistical "charismatic" personality that does not remember what he said and does not care that his directions are in direct conflict with direction he just gave. He will look at you straight in the eyes and tell you what you want to hear while having no intention of following through.
